I called in to talk to Simon, I had known him from a previous garage, about a problem I was having. He took a look and identified the problem straight away, order the part and booked me in the next day. Great service from start to finish and excellent customer experience. If you are around Blackrock and need a mechanic they are the people to talk to. I would highly recommend them.

I dropped my car up to Frank Keane for the annual service and I was quoted €177 for replacement tires. Gave Blackrock Motors a call and was quoted €130 for the same tires and they replaced my key batteries for free. I then showed them the itemized bill from Frank Keane and have been quoted less than half for the same thing. The mechanics are really friendly and helpful. I will be going to Blackrock Motors from now on.
